We are currently seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee the final phase of our integrated design process, transforming the designs into reality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience managing large custom home construction projects
  • Post-Secondary education in an accredited program (Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Etc.)
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of construction management software (notably CoConstruct) and drawing software (Revit)
  • Ability to read & interpret construction drawings
  • Experience creating project budgets through a tendering process & negotiating to ensure our clients receive the best value
  • Ability to establish construction schedules with milestones and develop contingency plans to mitigate project delays
  • Advanced knowledge of construction terminology, methods, systems & materials
  • Ability to understand and interpret contract documents
  • Skilled in enforcing policies and implementing procedures
  • Capable of leading and managing teams effectively
  • Ability to develop solid client relationships built on transparency and trust 
  • Ability to clearly communicate and maintain strong relationships with consultants, trades, suppliers, and municipal officials
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and multitasking
  • Familiarity with Tarion requirements and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license without infractions
