Qualifications:

• Educational or trade certificate
• Proven experience in building construction/maintenance/repair
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• A current, valid clean Driver’s license

Detailed Role and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all daily warehousing activities
  • Accepting and handling all incoming shipments
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas
  • Inspecting all incoming products and material
  • Working in collaboration with the furniture and construction teams
  • Scheduling and picking up small shipments

Construction Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and light repairs
  • Working with furniture division on client deliveries and installations
  • Undertaking tasks as assigned by the construction manager for our custom build projects
  • Other duties as assigned
