Qualifications:
• Educational or trade certificate
• Proven experience in building construction/maintenance/repair
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• A current, valid clean Driver’s license
Detailed Role and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all daily warehousing activities
- Accepting and handling all incoming shipments
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas
- Inspecting all incoming products and material
- Working in collaboration with the furniture and construction teams
- Scheduling and picking up small shipments
Construction Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance and light repairs
- Working with furniture division on client deliveries and installations
- Undertaking tasks as assigned by the construction manager for our custom build projects
- Other duties as assigned
