Construction Project Manager

Overview:

The Project Manager will be coordinating with the construction team and working directly with our clients on construction projects. They will be responsible for developing schedules and budgets for multiple construction projects ranging from small renovations to full custom home builds and monitoring the project from start to finish working with the client and providing updates throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing municipal inspections
• Coordinating with external disciplines required for the project.
• Estimation – reviewing design for conformity, full quantity estimation
• Sub-trade management – tendering, reviewing invoices, awarding contracts, payment reconciliation and site support.
• All facets of client representation
• On site support to Site Supervisor
• Job cost Tracking with Co-construct
• Drawing Interpretation and Construction Drawing administration.
• Schedule development and management
• Site trouble shooting
• Architectural Site Inspections

Qualifications:

• 5 years + education in the residential or commercial construction
• Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or Construction Engineering or similar
• Fully versed in the Ontario Building Code Part 9
• Strong knowledge of building systems and assembly, construction methodologies and material applications.
• Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

We are currently setup as a work from home office. When covid restrictions are lifted, we will return to our office but implementing all safety measures
