Design Development
We begin with a site visit and interview to understand your space, lifestyle, and vision. We review your inspiration and begin developing space plans, mood boards, and presentation boards to define the look, feel, and flow of your interior. With your feedback, we curate thoughtful material and fixture selections, and create schematic drawings and realistic renderings that bring the full concept to life — ensuring clarity, cohesion, and intention in every detail.
Construction Documentation
We produce a detailed drawing package that guides construction. This includes general notes and legends, along with plans for partitions, millwork, furniture layout, and plumbing. We also provide a reflected ceiling plan with lighting, a full electrical and switching plan, and a finishes plan. To ensure precision, we include interior millwork elevations and detailed drawings that capture every important element of the design.
Construction Administration
We will support your project through tendering and bid review, helping you select the right team. We maintain clear communication throughout the build, attend construction meetings as needed, and conduct site visits to review progress and quality. We’re also on hand to troubleshoot material or fixture delays, offer solutions for unexpected site conditions, and review shop drawings and submittals to ensure everything stays aligned with the design intent.
Furniture & Décor Procurement
We manage every detail of your furniture and décor installation. This includes preparing proposals, placing and tracking orders, and conducting inspections to ensure quality. Items are securely warehoused until your space is ready, followed by coordinated delivery, assembly, and installation. We complete the process with final staging to perfect the look—and arrange for professional photography to capture your finished space.
