We are seeking a talented, experienced videographer/photographer to collaborate with us in capturing and showcasing our projects across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Video Production, Photography or related.
  • 5+ years of photography, video production and social media content creation experience with a focus on construction, real estate or architecture
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience creating video reels for multi-channel usage; high quality photo content;
  • Expert knowledge of photo and video editing software, including the Adobe suite of products
  • Creative and innovative visualization skills – able to take an idea from concept to reality in new and unique ways through video and photography.
  • Bonus skills: 3D Matterport & home tour experience

Detailed Role and Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create photography and video content.
  • Developing engaging multimedia assets for deployment across various channels, enhancing the organization’s reach and impact.
  • Managing video and photography requests in close collaboration with the team.
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and trends in photography, videography, and marketing.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with our clients and trades.
