Madison Taylor Design is excited to reveal their new temporary studio office, designed to accommodate their growing team while they work on their new headquarters. Due to COVID-related delays, the project faced challenges, but the team successfully collaborated with trusted partners to bring the design together.

General Finishes:

Key features of the studio include cappuccino-colored hardwood floors by Neue Floors , custom cabinetry from Absolute Cabinets, and a playful plaid carpet on the stairs sourced from Irvine Carpet that interacts beautifully with the floor tile from  Ciot tile (links to this fun tile combination will be listed below). The space features textured Metrie Primed White Shiplap on the walls and ceiling with one of our favourite  Sherwin-Williams colours, Pure White SW 7005, to keep the studio bright.

The Kitchen:

The kitchen boasts a hammered metal sink from Thompson Traders , a brass faucet provided by Brizo , Emtek door handles, and durable Dekton countertops. We have partnered with TilesInspired for the kitchen backsplash. This gorgeous 4’x4′ glazed tile adds the perfect amount of character, while still providing a clean and simple backdrop. Our appliances are all from GE Café. We now have our fridge and dishwasher and love them both. We can’t wait to see the stove installed once it arrives!

The design blends classic and transitional elements, making the space versatile for future uses.
